After 10 Year the school  upgraded unto senior secondary on 18 Aug 1987.In 2022 the school switch over from Uttarakhand Board of School education to Central Board of School education and Affiliated to CBSE New Delhi with Affiliation Code 352027 and school code 83277. In 2024 the school is announced as PMSHRI School under the ambitious project of Govt. of India Pradhan Mantri School rising India.

Our History

PMSHRI Atal Utkrisht Govt. Inter College Kalsi, established in 1977 in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, began as a recognized secondary school dedicated to providing quality education. In 1987, after a decade of success, the institution was upgraded to a senior secondary school, expanding its offerings to meet the growing educational needs of the community. In 2022, the school transitioned from the Uttarakhand Board of School Education to the Central Board of School Education (CBSE), affiliating with CBSE New Delhi under the codes 352027 and 83277, thereby adopting a nationally standardized curriculum. In 2024, the school was designated as a PMSHRI School under the Government of India’s Pradhan Mantri Schools for Rising India (PMSHRI) project, further enhancing its resources and commitment to excellence in education.
